The NSSHÖU cable is built from the inside out using premium materials to ensure longevity and performance under duress.

  1. Conductor: Annealed flexible stranded bare or tin-coated copper

    • Class: Class 5 (IEC 60228, HD 383)

  2. Separator: Suitable tape applied between conductor and insulation

  3. Insulation: Ethylene-Propylene Rubber (EPR)

    • Type: 3GI3 (DIN VDE 0207 Part 21)

  4. Core Identification: Power cores in brown, black, grey plus three insulated pilot cores laid up interstitially

  5. Inner Sheath: Synthetic thermosetting compound

    • Type: GM1b (DIN VDE 0207 Part 21)

  6. Outer Sheath: Heavy-duty synthetic thermosetting compound

    • Type: 5GM3 (DIN VDE 0207 Part 21)

    • Color: Yellow (high visibility)
