Product Overview

The NTSKCGWÖU 0.6/1 (1.2) kV KON Loader Cable is a heavy-duty flexible trailing cable designed for loaders and other mobile mining equipment. It features a robust construction with tinned copper conductors, EPR insulation, integrated pilot and earth cores, and a double-layer sheath with anti‑torsion polyamide braid. Designed to DIN VDE 0250 part 813, this cable offers excellent resistance to tearing, impact, abrasion, torsion, and extreme temperatures, making it ideal for demanding underground and surface mining applications.

Cable Construction

  1. Conductor
    Annealed flexible stranded tin‑coated copper, Class 5 (IEC 60228).
    Separator: Optional semi‑conductive tape between conductor and insulation.

  2. Insulation
    Ethylene‑propylene rubber (EPR) type 3GI3 (DIN VDE 0207 part 20).

  3. Pilot cores
    Tinned copper wires stranded on reinforcing yarns with EPR insulation.

  4. Earth core
    Wrapped tinned copper strands covered with a semi‑conductive layer.

  5. Core assembly
    Three power cores + three concentric pilot/earth cores laid up around a cradle separator with Kevlar® reinforcement in the centre.

  6. Semi‑conductive covering
    Applied over the assembled cores.

  7. Inner sheath
    Synthetic thermosetting compound type 5GM5 (DIN VDE 0207 part 21).

  8. Anti‑torsion braid
    Braid of polyamide threads between inner and outer sheath layers.

  9. Outer sheath
    Synthetic thermosetting compound type 5GM5 (DIN VDE 0207 part 21).
