Product Overview

Specialized rubber-sheathed mining cables designed for extreme underground coal mining applications. Featuring EPR/EPDM insulation and PCP sheathing, these cables deliver flame resistance, flexibility, and durability for continuous operation in hazardous environments (-20°C to +55°C). Certified for powering coal cutters, mobile equipment, and underground systems up to 10kV.


Construction

  1. Conductor: Class 5 flexible bare copper (IEC 60228 compliant)

  2. Insulation: Ethylene Propylene Rubber (EPR/EPDM) - flame-retardant, ozone-resistant

  3. Core Configuration: 3/4/5 cores + ground conductor (model-dependent)

  4. Shielding: Copper braid/semicon layer (MCP/MYP models)

  5. Sheath: Polychloroprene (PCP) - oil/cut/abrasion-resistant
