The SiHF-J Flexible High-Temperature Cable delivers exceptional thermal resilience for extreme industrial environments. Featuring Class 5 tinned copper conductors and dual-layer silicone construction, it maintains flexibility from -60°C to +180°C while resisting oils, acids, and lyes. Engineered for fixed installations in steelworks, chemical plants, and low-temperature applications where mechanical stress is minimal.


Construction

  1. Conductor:
    Class 5 fine-stranded tinned copper (IEC 60228 compliant) for maximum flexibility and oxidation resistance.

  2. Insulation:
    High-grade silicone rubber (SiR) ensuring electrical integrity at extreme temperatures.

  3. Outer Sheath:
    Reinforced silicone rubber providing chemical/abrasion resistance.
