Heating Cable

Heating Cable

Application

Heating cables are a core component of electric geothermal systems and heat sources. They consist of a hot wire, a cold wire (power line), and a cold-hot wire joint. They are primarily used for:

  • Pipelines, drains, and water lines.
  • Safety showers and sprinkler systems.
  • Freeze protection and viscosity control.
  • Low to high-temperature maintenance.
  • Ordinary locations.

Standards

  • Complies with customer-specific technical specifications.

Construction

  • Electric Floor Heating:
    • N: Heating conductor.
    • 18, 19: Heating power per meter (W/m).
    • R: Core numbers (R or 1R means single-core, 2R means two cores).

Examples:

  • SNN-220V—19/R: 220V single-core heating cable with 19 watts per meter.
  • SNN-220V—18/2R: 220V two-core heating cable with 18 watts per meter.

Features

  • Efficient Heating: Provides consistent and reliable heat output.
  • Durability: Designed for long-term use in various environments.
  • Flexible Installation: Suitable for a wide range of applications.
