YGCP 450/750V Silicone Rubber Shielded Power Cable | High-Temp Flexible Industrial Cable

YGCP 450/750V Silicone Rubber Shielded Power Cable | High-Temp Flexible Industrial Cable

1. Product Overview

YGCP silicone rubber shielded power cables are designed for industrial power transmission in extreme environments. Rated at 450/750V AC, these cables combine high-temperature resilience with EMI protection for critical applications where standard cables fail.

2. Key Features

Property Specification Benefit
Thermal Performance -60°C to +180°C continuous Withstands furnace/oven environments
Shielding Copper braid (≥85% coverage) EMI/RFI protection per IEC 60502-2
Flexibility Min. bending radius: 6×OD* Tight routing in machinery
Chemical Resistance Waterproof, ozone-resistant, mildew-proof Suitable for harsh industrial environments
Conductor Class 5 tinned copper (IEC 60228) Corrosion resistance

Correction: Industry standard bending radius is 6×OD for flexible cables (not 16×OD)
