Product Overview
The CEV92/NA EPR Insulated Armored Marine Power Cable is the fully-sealed variant of the CEV90/NA, designed for the most demanding environments requiring fire resistance (IEC 60331), heavy-duty mechanical protection, and complete environmental sealing. It features a mica glass tape and EPR insulated core for fire integrity, a PVC inner sheath, robust galvanized steel wire braid armor, and a final PVC outer sheath. This full-sheath construction provides the ultimate defense against moisture, chemicals, oils, and abrasion for critical circuits.
Key Applications
-
Marine & Offshore: Essential for emergency power, lighting, and control systems in exposed locations, wet areas, and decks subject to heavy weathering on ships, oil rigs, and offshore platforms.
-
Heavy & Corrosive Industrial: Ideal for fire-resistant circuits in chemical plants, mining operations, and industrial facilities where cables face harsh environmental conditions, mechanical stress, and must maintain circuit integrity during a fire.
Compliance & Standards
This cable is manufactured to meet essential international standards for fire safety and electrical performance:
-
Design: IEC 60092-350, IEC 60092-353
-
Conductor: IEC 60228
-
