Product Overview
The CEV82/NA EPR Insulated Armored Marine Power Cable is a fully-sheathed, fire-resistant (IEC 60331) armored cable designed for critical safety circuits requiring enhanced environmental protection. It features a mica glass tape and EPR insulated core for fire integrity, protected by a PVC inner sheath, flexible tinned copper wire braid armor, and a final PVC outer sheath. This complete sheathing provides superior defense against moisture, oils, and abrasion, making it ideal for exposed or demanding installations.
Key Applications
-
Marine & Offshore: Essential for emergency power, lighting, and control systems on ships, oil platforms, and offshore structures, especially in areas exposed to weather, splash zones, or harsh mechanical conditions.
-
Industrial Safety: Suitable for fire-resistant circuits in power plants, chemical facilities, and mining operations where cables need to withstand environmental challenges while maintaining circuit integrity during a fire.
