Primary Uses and Characteristics

THHN, THWN-2, and TFFN nylon jacketed electrical cables offer superior electrical and physical properties compared to ordinary PVC-insulated cables. These cables not only exhibit excellent heat resistance with minimal weight loss at high temperatures, enhancing their instantaneous thermal overload capacity, but also reduce the escape or migration of PVC components.

Moreover, they possess anti-corrosion properties, self-lubrication, and oil resistance. Compared to PVC-insulated cables of the same cross-section, nylon-jacketed cables have a smaller outer diameter, lighter weight, lower static friction coefficient, and stronger corrosion resistance, thus improving safety and applicability during installation.

  • Rated Operating Voltage: 450/750V
  • Applications: Household appliances, aerospace systems, construction, and lighting sectors.
  • Long-term Operating Temperature: For THHN and TFFN models, it is 90℃ or 75℃, with laying temperatures not below 0℃, and bending radii no less than four times the cable's outer diameter.
