Product Overview
The CJPJ/SC XLPE Insulated Marine Power Cable is a high-performance, non-armored cable designed for general power and control circuits where enhanced fire safety and durability are required. It features XLPE (Cross-linked Polyethylene) insulation for excellent electrical properties and thermal resistance, combined with a cross-linked polyolefin (SHF2) outer sheath that provides reliable low-smoke, zero-halogen (LSZH) flame retardant performance (IEC 60332). This flexible and robust construction is ideal for standard fixed installations in protected environments.
Key Applications
-
Marine & Offshore: Suitable for power, lighting, and control systems within cable trays, conduits, or protected pathways in accommodation, service, and general areas of ships, oil platforms, and offshore structures.
-
General Industrial & Commercial: Applicable in power plants, industrial facilities, and commercial buildings where circuits require reliable LSZH flame-retardant performance, good environmental resistance, and long-term reliability without the need for mechanical armor.
Compliance & Standards
This cable is designed and tested in accordance with relevant international marine and safety standards:
-
Design: IEC 60092-350, IEC 60092-353
-
Conductor: IEC 60228
-
