CJPF80/SC 0.6/1kV Marine Cable | XLPE Insulated, Low Smoke Halogen Free, Copper Braid Armor

Product Overview

The CJPF80/SC XLPE Insulated Armored Marine Power Cable is a high-performance cable designed for safety-conscious power and control circuits. It features XLPE (Cross-linked Polyethylene) insulation for excellent electrical and thermal properties, combined with an inner sheath of low-smoke, zero-halogen (LSZH) thermoplastic polyolefin (SHF1) and a tinned copper wire braid armor. This construction provides reliable flame retardancy (IEC 60332), minimizes hazardous emissions in case of fire, and offers flexible mechanical protection.

Key Applications

  • Marine & Offshore: Suitable for power, lighting, and control systems in accommodation areas, control rooms, and corridors of ships, oil platforms, and offshore structures where reduced smoke and corrosive gas emission is beneficial.

  • General Industrial: Applicable in metallurgy, chemical plants, power stations, and mining for circuits requiring flame-retardant, low-smoke, and halogen-free performance in fixed installations.

Compliance & Standards

This cable is designed and tested according to relevant international marine and safety standards:

  • Design: IEC 60092-350, IEC 60092-353

  • Conductor: IEC 60228

  • Insulation & Sheath: IEC 60092-360

  • Flame Retardancy: IEC 60332-1, IEC 60332-3-22
