CEPF80/NC 0.6/1kV Marine Cable | Low Smoke Halogen Free, Fire Resistant, Copper Braid Armor

Product Overview

The CEPF80/NC EPR Insulated Armored Marine Power Cable is an advanced safety cable engineered for the highest level of personnel and equipment protection. It uniquely combines fire resistance (IEC 60331) with low-smoke, zero-halogen (IEC 60754, IEC 61034) properties. Featuring a mica glass tape and EPR insulated core, a low-smoke halogen-free (SHF1) polyolefin inner sheath, and tinned copper wire braid armor, it ensures circuit integrity during fire while minimizing the release of toxic smoke and corrosive gases.

Key Applications

  • Marine & Offshore: Critical for emergency power, lighting, and control systems in confined spaces of ships, oil platforms, and offshore modules, where fire integrity and personnel evacuation safety are paramount.

  • Safety-Critical Industrial: Ideal for public buildings, transportation hubs, power plants, and industrial control rooms where circuits must remain operational during a fire and pose minimal hazard from smoke and acid gas emission.

Compliance & Standards

This cable is certified to the most comprehensive set of international safety standards:

  • Design: IEC 60092-350, IEC 60092-353

  • Conductor: IEC 60228

  • Insulation & Sheath: IEC 60092-360

  • Fire Resistance: IEC 60331

  • Flame Retardancy: IEC 60332-1, IEC 60332-3-22

  • Halogen Free: IEC 60754

  • Low Smoke Density: IEC 61034
