The BS7889 Standard 600/1000V XLPE/PVC Cable is designed for distribution and signal power in static outdoor applications, with protection against direct UV irradiation. It is suitable for installation in ground, water, within facilities, in cable canals, and in concrete, where heavier mechanical loads and especially tensile strains are not expected. Typical uses include electric power plants, transformer stations, industrial plants, metropolitan networks, and connection of signalling devices in industry and traffic.
