Product Overview
The CJPJ90/SC XLPE Insulated Armored Marine Power Cable is designed for applications requiring robust mechanical protection alongside superior fire safety. It utilizes XLPE insulation for high electrical performance, a cross-linked polyolefin (SHF2) inner sheath for enhanced low-smoke, zero-halogen (LSZH) durability, and is armored with a heavy-duty galvanized steel wire braid. This construction provides reliable flame retardancy (IEC 60332), excellent resistance to impact and crushing, and minimal emission of smoke and corrosive gases, making it ideal for physically demanding installations.
Key Applications
-
Marine & Offshore: Suitable for power, lighting, and control systems in high-risk or exposed areas of ships, oil platforms, and offshore structures such as engine rooms, decks, and cargo holds.
-
Heavy-Duty & Industrial: Ideal for use in mining, power generation, heavy manufacturing, and industrial plants where cables are subject to significant mechanical stress and require enhanced fire safety performance with low smoke emission.
Compliance & Standards
This cable is designed and tested according to relevant international marine and safety standards:
-
Design: IEC 60092-350, IEC 60092-353
-
Conductor: IEC 60228
-
