Product Overview
The CJPF/SC XLPE Insulated Marine Power Cable is a non-armored, low-smoke zero-halogen (LSZH) cable designed for general power and control circuits where enhanced fire safety and environmental protection are priorities. It features XLPE (Cross-linked Polyethylene) insulation for reliable electrical performance and a durable thermoplastic polyolefin (SHF1) outer sheath that provides flame retardancy (IEC 60332) while minimizing smoke and corrosive gas emissions in the event of a fire. This flexible and lightweight design is ideal for standard fixed installations.
Key Applications
-
Marine & Offshore: Suitable for power, lighting, and general control systems within protected cable trays, conduits, or trunking on ships, oil platforms, and offshore structures, especially in accommodation and service areas.
-
General Industrial & Commercial: Applicable in a wide range of settings including power plants, commercial buildings, and industrial facilities where circuits require flame-retardant, low-smoke, and halogen-free performance without the need for mechanical armor.
Compliance & Standards
This cable is designed and manufactured in accordance with relevant international marine and safety standards:
-
Design: IEC 60092-350, IEC 60092-353
-
