Critical Features

Corrosion Resistance
Tinned copper conductors prevent sulfur/chemical degradation in mining environments.

Extreme Environment Protection
CPE jacket exceeds UL 62 oil resistance and ASTM G154 UV stability requirements.

Safety Compliance
MSHA-certified for explosive atmospheres (30 CFR Part 18). Dual UL/CUL certification for North America.

Optimized Flexibility
133-strand conductors withstand repeated coiling/uncoiling.

Application Scenarios

  • Underground Mining: Powering drills, pumps, and shuttle cars in MSHA-regulated tunnels.

  • Surface Mining: UV-exposed draglines, excavators, and portable generators.

  • Industrial Plants: Temporary power during maintenance shutdowns.

  • Hazardous Locations: Gas/dust-rich areas requiring explosion-proof certification.

Standards Compliance

Engineering Selection Guide

  1. Core Selection:

    • 3-core: 3-phase systems (Phase/Neutral/Ground: Black/White/Green)

    • 4-core: 3-phase + ground (Black/White/Green/Red)

  2. Load Capacity:

    Equipment Type Recommended Size
    Lighting/Sensors 8AWG (83A–127A)
    Pumps/Medium Machinery 6AWG (109A–167A)
    Heavy Drills 4AWG+ (Custom order)
  3. Harsh Condition Solutions:

    • High-corrosion areas: Tinned copper + CPE jacket

    • Abrasive surfaces: Upgrade to 2.41mm jacket (250MCM+)
