Product Overview

The RZ1-K is a flexible power and control cable designed for fixed applications where fire, smoke emission, and toxic fumes create a potential threat to life and equipment. Manufactured with flexible conductors to facilitate installations with sinuous courses, it is suitable for environments requiring oil resistance, moisture resistance, and electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding.

Construction

  • Conductor: Flexible conductor conforming to GB3956 Class 5 or Class 6.

  • Insulation: PVC/D type PVC insulation.

  • Color: Insulation core colors are used for identification; generally, color identification is used for up to five cores.

  • Conductor Structure: For more than 5 cores, color and digital identification may be used. Cores are twisted with ropes to increase tensile stress; PP tape, aluminium-mylar tape, or non-woven belt can be added as a buffer.

  • Shielding: Bare copper wire braided shielding.

  • Sheath: PVC/ST5 special jacket, black (RAL9005) or grey (RAL7001).
